Radiator celebrates the ethos of mid-century Washington D.C., when 14th Street was pretense-free and lined with car dealerships and auto repair shops. You can taste it in our playfully creative cocktails and in Chef Jonathan Dearden’s approachable global-spanning menu. From brunches on the dog-friendly patio to evenings in a cozy nook spent sipping cocktails over a game of checkers, Radiator aims to create a low-key setting where we can deliver the good stuff, minus the attitude.

Executive Chef Jonathan Dearden

Chef Jonathan Dearden comes to Radiator from Ardeo + Bardeo in Washington, D.C., where he oversaw the kitchen as executive chef. Prior to that he cooked at celebrated restaurants in Miami, Chicago, Las Vegas, New York, San Francisco and the Caribbean, including serving as executive chef at Andre Balaz properties in New York, executive chef at Jade Mountain Resort in Saint Lucia and chef de cuisine at chef Allen Susser’s Chef Allen’s in Miami.
